Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 5, 2021 and entered herein, the following properties situated in Marion County, Florida, will be sold to the highest and best bidder by electronic sale at: https:// marion.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of September, 2021:

Begin at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section , Township 15 South, Range 23 East, thence run South along the East section line of said section to a point where said section line intersects with the northerly right-of-way line of State Road 40; thence westerly along the North right-of-way line of State Road 40 a distance of 340.00 feet; thence run North to the centerline of said Section 2; thence run East along the centerline of said Section 2, to the Point of Beginning.

AND

Commencing at the Half Mile Post between Sections 1 and 2 of Township 15 South, Range 23 East, thence run South 00°38'00" East along the West boundary of said Section 1, a distance of 187.44 feet to the 1/4 comer of said Sections 1 and 2 for the Point of Beginning; thence run South 00°43'37" East along and with the West boundary of said Section 1, a distance of 476.64 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of State Road 40; thence run South 85°21 '54" East along and with said right-of-way line, 311.27 feet; thence run North 00°43'37" West, a distance of 501.11 feet to the North boundary of the SW 1/4 of Section 1; thence run North 89°52'24" West along and with said North boundary 309.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
